1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using any part of the 7999bd platform available at 7999bd.club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the platform regardless of whether the user has registered a player account. Accessing the homepage, browsing the game catalogue, or using any informational section of the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

7999bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, registered players will be notified via the email address registered to their account or via an in-platform notification before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 7999bd platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

7999bd operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All registered players are required to submit valid identity documentation before their first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the relevant Bangladesh authority. 3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register a player account on 7999bd, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh. You must notify 7999bd promptly if any of this information changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) player account on 7999bd at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity details, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. 7999bd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 7999bd's customer support team immediately via live chat. 7999bd will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your 7999bd account. 2FA is compatible with all major Bangladesh mobile operators including Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Airtel, and Teletalk.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your 7999bd account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to verification of your identity. Bonus balances and free spins are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7999bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion where there is evidence of, or reasonable grounds to suspect: fraud or collusion; money laundering or use of funds from criminal activity; breach of these Terms & Conditions; provision of false registration details; or any action that 7999bd reasonably believes threatens the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

7999bd supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Local Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to card issuer restrictions)

All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 7999bd does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals made via supported local payment methods. International card transactions may be subject to fees imposed by the card-issuing bank; 7999bd has no control over and accepts no liability for such charges.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, however individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) impose their own daily and monthly transaction limits which will apply. Players may set voluntary deposit limits within their account settings at any time as part of our responsible gaming programme.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 60 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to local bank accounts are processed within one (1) Bangladesh business day. International card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the card-issuing bank's processing schedule.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process. 7999bd reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in compliance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) protocols. 7999bd will not process withdrawals to bank accounts or mobile wallets not registered in the player's own name.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

7999bd maintains a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. All transactions on the platform are monitored for suspicious activity. If unusual transaction patterns are detected, 7999bd may place a temporary hold on the affected account and request additional documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in permanent account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.

Players must not use the 7999bd platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime. Any player found to have done so will be permanently banned and all funds in their account will be frozen pending legal proceedings.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion at the time of claiming, which will be displayed on the relevant promotion page.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all 7999bd promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of a bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted).

5.2 Welcome Bonus

Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times by creating duplicate accounts constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account suspension.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

7999bd actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using betting strategies designed to exploit wagering contribution rules; colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements; and any other activity that 7999bd reasonably concludes constitutes abuse of the promotional system. Where bonus abuse is identified, 7999bd reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account involved.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 7999bd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with fair use of the services provided. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or exploit platform features.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's servers, databases, or administrative systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a way that provides an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained via a confirmed exploit will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to influence game outcomes, particularly in live poker, live blackjack, or other multiplayer formats.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• Submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with 7999bd staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, self-exclusion orders, or account suspension decisions.

7999bd reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's conduct constitutes a violation of these fair use provisions. Decisions made under this section are final and not subject to further appeal.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 7999bd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and the overall compilation of the platform — is the property of 7999bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform or its content for commercial purposes.
• Frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information without express written consent.
• Use any data mining, scraping, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the platform.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the platform or any game software accessed through it.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by their own licensing agreements with 7999bd. 8. Limitation of Liability
